2025 CM Ranch Rates

Our guest season for 2025 will run from June 8 – September 15.

Rates are per person/per week. One week minimum stay (Sunday to Sunday) unless otherwise noted.

• A 2% discount will be applied to deposits paid by check.
• A customary 15% gratuity is added to bill at the end of your stay.
• 5.5% Wyoming sales tax added to bill where applicable.
• 7% Wyoming lodging tax added to bill where applicable.
• 25% of riding rates are non-taxable guided services.
• Loyalty discount of 5% during the main season for returning guests.

Early Season: 10% Discount in 2025 for the following weeks:

June 8 – 15

June 15 – 22

• Loyalty discount of 2% during the early season for returning guests.

7-Day Adult Only Week:

August 24 – 31

Fall Special: 5-Day Adult Only Weeks:

August 31 – September 5

September 7 – 12

• $2,200 per person, + taxes and gratuity.

Mindful Equine Experience:

September 12 – 15

This experience is for you if you have an interest in horses and desire to connect more deeply with yourself. In this unique retreat you will have the space and guidance to reconnect with yourself in the nourishing environment of the CM Ranch.

Each day will include meditation, mindful movement, experiential exercises with horses, horseback riding, ranch life relaxation, live music, and more.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required at time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards. A 2% discount will be applied to deposit payments made by check or cash.

Airport Trips

$250.00 per car, each way plus sales tax. Please consider renting a car as we cannot lend or lease our vehicles. Rental cars are available at the Jackson Hole Airport from Hertz, Enterprise, National and Alamo.  Avis, Budget, Dollar and Thrifty are located in the Town of Jackson via shuttle.

Fishing Guide

Guide service available for an extra fee. Equipment rentals are included with your stay. Wyoming fishing licenses are sold separately.

Pets

We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate any pets. There is a good kennel for boarding in Dubois.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a 30% deposit, unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to arrival; your deposit will be refunded less 10% of the weekly rate per person. Cancellations made between 91 and 120 days prior to arrival; your deposit will be refunded less 20% of the weekly rate per person. Cancellations made between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival; deposits will be forfeited. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival; payment in full is due. Cancellations must be made more than 90 days prior to arrival to be eligible for rollover. Deposits can be rolled over only once to the following year. If a reservation is rolled over and then cancelled, deposits will be forfeited. Rollovers to the next year are not guaranteed for the exact date/cabin of the year prior. Reservations made for 12 guests or more require a 50% deposit, and we highly encourage trip insurance. The Dude Ranchers’ Association recommends Travel Guard. Click here for more information.
