A Letter to our Guests
To all of our Wonderful Guests,
What strange and unpredictable times we are living in. We want to reach out to all of you and let you know that we are thinking about you during these very challenging times. There is nothing more important than the health and safety of our guests and crew. We are hoping you and your family are doing well.
As all of you know, this is a very fluid situation that is changing on a daily basis. We are hopeful that we will have a season and be able to welcome you as our guests this summer. We are continually monitoring developments to make the best decisions regarding our summer guests, our crew and creating a healthy ranch environment. We will do our absolute best to keep the lines of communication open to all of you.
Due to these unique circumstances, we have decided to adjust our cancellation policy for the 2020 season. Cancellations made prior to 30 days out can either be refunded or rolled over to the following year. We are focusing on a positive and timely resolution to all of this.
