CM Ranch Cookbook Now Available!

As a new or returning guest, might you be interested in learning about the history and traditions of the CM Ranch?  This year, in commemoration of the 90th Anniversary of the CM Ranch, we are publishing “The CM Ranch Cookbook, History and Traditions in Recipes, Lore and Photos”.  It tells the CM story, starting with JK Moore, Charlie Moore’s father, and continues to the current ownership and managers, the Kemmerers and the Sullivans.

If you have ever wanted some pages from old CM brochures or old pictures of the ranch, you will find them in the Cookbook.  Interspersed in the history and traditions are recipes, going back to the early 1900’s and continuing to menu items that are served today.  You might even enjoy reading the cowboy poems that are included.   You are sure to discover some favorites you will want to make among the many recipes.  Over 150 recipes are included.
